The apartment is spacious and clean. Near to minimart and service is excellent. The only disappointment is the toilet. The basin and toilet space is small. Limited place to hang towel or clothes in the toilet. Nevertheless is still a great place for family to stay.

The flat quality is great and service is outstanding. Quick check in, helpful doorman, nice pricing. We crashed in there at 11pm after a personal issue and were so relieved.

Good service apartment hotel for family.
Good service provid with staff help unloaded our luggage and deliver to our room. Also help us to call a taxi when we needed. The apartment provide 2 breakfast and charge 50 Yuan each extra adult. Food is good and service is good. Apartment is roomy and bed is comfy. Bathroom hygiene can be improved because we found dirt around basin and the toilet. One important suggestion for the managerment is to install a telephone or alarm inside the bathroom, because my wife has locked herself inside but could not open the door because the faulty lock. We will book this hotel again when we come back Guangzhou.

My best stay in Guangzhou ever
It is a wonderful place to stay, huge apartment, very clean and well kept. Breakfast is abundant and nicely served. The staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant.

The hotel is in a great location near metro stations, shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and had a kitchen, but the kitchen was not functional and there was no cookware.

The executive apartment we booked was quite spacious as we had a lot of luggage, and a good view of city as we were quite high up. Good choice of both European and Asian breakfast which was good though some items were a bit cold. We got two free breakfasts included with the room rate and we had to buy a third breakfast. The hotel staff spoke English but some only had limited knowledge. The apartment was very clean but bathroom probably needs a little bit of work and was tiny. One of the staff members was quite helpful regarding what to do around Guangzhou and his English was okay.

Wonderful Stay
The staff's services were very courteous and helpful. The location of the hotel was convenient, safe, and easy to find. The price is reasonable. We do like the facility with the washing machine. We really enjoyed staying there, and will definitely come back to stay there again if we visit Guangzhou again.

Good quality accommodation
We were only here for one night but we were delighted by the location and quality of the accommodation on offer. We would certainly stay here again. Good variety of eateries nearby and the Canton Tower is about 40 mins walk away. Just a word of caution the apartment had a kitchen but there was no equipment to use in the kitchen so self-catering not an option.

Very clean and cooperative
This hotel was close to the exhibition center as well as some of really nice restaurants. The rooms were very clean and properly maintained. Having some recreational facilities would have been nicer but overall an excellent place to stay. And and not to mention the staff was veryyyy cooperative and spoke pretty good English. Will surely stay here again.

1. I asked for a higher level inside the building when i checked in (Mine was level 4) . and i was told there's possibility that our room could be in a higher level. 4 times more or less i required, the answers from different employees in the front desk were basically the same"ok, it could be on Friday" in the end i checked out on Sunday, no one ever remembered that. very frustrating. 2. The shower room was a bit weird. either it was all cold or all hot water. 3. Nice room, a regular living room and a small balcony. due to my room was low, the view wasn't good enough. that's why i wanted a hight floor.

Far from Metro but nice two bedroom suites
This hotel has apartment style 2 bedroom suites at a decent cost with a shared bathroom. The room included 2 breakfasts (though we were 4....) and the restaurant did not have stellar food so plan to go out. It's also a 15 minute walk to the metro. The front desk staff on two seperate days had poor attitude (in Chinese to my friend) and some barely spoke English. I will likely not stay here again as there are better 2 bedroom options in Guangzhou.

She even didn't say sorry. and next day again a ridiculous waitress stop me share the table with other guest for my breakfast, Actually the friendly gay invited me to share his table because breakfast tables were full.
