Excellent!
I really enjoyed my stay, and will definately go back if I get the opportunity again. The rooms were clean and had everything that a traveller would need - even the small touches like a shaving kit, dental kit, earbuds, etc. I would have liked to have sugar and milk in the room for the coffee they supply. And they didn't have international power points, so couldn't charge my laptop. The breakfast was excellent with a very wide range of choices. Overall a 10 out of 10!

The rooms especially the bathrooms need proper maintenance and thorough cleaning. There was cigarette smell even on the non smoking floor. It wasn’t good value for the price paid. The staff were pleasant though.

Very near to Gangding subway station. Convenient stalls and restaurants around the hotels. Room is clean and comfortable. Only disadvantages is the elevator is slow due to many people, must wait for few round only can able to reach the deatinated floor.

Dear guests! Thank you very much for your stay and detailed reviews. The hotel is located near Gangding subway station and Gangding BRT bus station. It can be reached by walking for about 3 minutes. The hotel has its own parking lot with 100 parking spaces. Nearby are well-known shopping food courts, and one stop to eat and drink. Your feedback on the elevator problem, I ’m very sorry. Due to the intensive mobility and dining staff during work, there may be some difficulties in the elevator, etc. I have already reported it to the corresponding department for follow-up processing. We improve and look forward to your next visit.

Love this hotel. Good location and near to the subway. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Although not many could speak good English, they tried to explain and give good direction. Another plus point, no deposit requires upon check in. Will book again for next trip to GZ.

This is my second time to stay here. Great hotel and very nice area close to everything. They did lots of upgrades from the lobby to rooms. It was nice to see personal hygiene kits in the room. Rokie at front desk was helpful.

Beautiful rooms that feel very luxurious. Unfortunately, for non-smokers, the smoke odor permeates the entire property, even in non-smoking rooms. Hotel staff tries to mask the smell with fruit and floral scents, but this does not do the job.

Breakfast was outstanding - gym very clean with quality gear - staff very helpful. Room was clean, tidy and compact. Staff gladly changed our room to one that had not had a smoker in it THANKS

Well located as it is next to The Plaza mall where the Guanzhou Metro Gangding station is situated. There are also shops and eateries nearby. Staff are generally helpful and polite. One drawback is that they do not converse in English to handle non-Mandarin speaking guests. Also, the hotel charged to my credit card a deposit equivalent to 25% of the total bill without informing me. I nearly cancelled the card as I thought my card details had been stolen. It was only when I checked in that I was informed, when I asked, that they had charged the deposit.

Dear Guest: Hello, thank you very much for your confirmation. We are located 3 minutes walk from Exit A of Gangding Subway Station. There are also foods from many places nearby, but I highly recommend our 3rd floor Chinese restaurant, very good. eat! I am very sorry that the language is not good for you, because our hotel staff does not have much English, so we can't explain the need to deduct the deposit because the room has some consumer goods. Our hotel is also constantly strengthening the English level of the front desk and recruiting more English-speaking staff to serve you. We look forward to seeing your changes next time.

The property was ok but inability to use WiFi as China does not used google or YouTube was horrible, coupled with communication problems as most of the hotel staff can barely speak or understand simple English. In spite of these little challenges, I had a nice stay. It was only British Airway service from Hong Kong to London Heathrow that was so embarrassing as there was notably racism treatment in the airline which is completely unacceptable.

我以預早通知洒店今次入住是為了honeymoon holiday(其中一站),而我是Expedia Gold member,怎想到到了酒店check-in,前台的見習生女孩的態度另我有點驚訝和失望。禮貌不足,笑容沒有,升級當然也沒有。訂房時以通知今次入住是渡蜜月旅行其中一站,估不到入到房間一點少少特別佈置也沒有,連一張少少祝賀咭......等等也沒有!!總括今次住宿體驗,如果用這個價格在廣州還有很多比它們好很多的選擇!世界各地很多不同級別的酒店也住過(包括大陸不同省份),今次真的号我大開眼界地撤底失望!!
