5 star but since covid very little English spoken. Rooms comfortable and clean. Biggest benefit is easy access to the airport terminals.

Very convenient location at Guangzhou airport. Great value for the price. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Very clean, confirmable hotel. The hotel staff are very nice. You can stay there for a good rest for early departure or late arrival flights with shuttle bus service.
Very nice hotel, very conveniently located with a 1-2 minute walk of the airport.
I don’t like most airport Hotels, This one is a very nice exception to that rule. Highly recommended

The hotel is conveniently located from the airport and the hotel shuttle bus is great. The Internet is not good as it dropped quite a few times. I am vegetarian, but there are very very limited options. The hotel room has coffee but no creamer! I think as an international 5 start chain I expected more.
Due to Covid hotel had very basic amenities available. Staff though were excellent

Totally rude and incompetent concierge service spoilt it all
Multiple people at the desk and none seemed interested in helping - on their phones the whole time on two occasions
No concept of service whatsoever - a total contrast with the great help provided at the reception desk

It was a delightful stay. The GM is an extremely nice individual who will help you when needed. As an American in China that frequents the Baiyun Airport this is a great place to stay especially since there are alot of horrible hotels in the vicinity. I will gladly stay here again. What I enjoyed about this hotel the most was the 5 minute walk to the airport. Check in was easy and the staff treated us nice!

Your right we are conveniently located across Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport it takes you 3 minutes walk from the main terminal Exit 12-13 don’t forget when you come from the Arrival please use the escalator and go up one level and ask at Information desk for exit 12-13 where you also see our Pullman Hotel Name.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pullman. We were upgraded to a suite when we arrived and were very impressed with the room. The bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable we have ever experienced. The service from all staff was impressive. We will definitely keep the Pullman on our list of favorite hotels.
