Staff generally act like they do not trust you

Location: quiet location but no real restaurant around and the hotel restaurant is not good enough.
2.5 star and going down, I have stayef here many times during last 5 years and service is getting worse every year. I will never stay here again.

少し古いが、まあまあ手入れできており、珠江の見晴らしが良いホテルです。向えの広州酒家の中華料理が改装中で不便です。

Outdated equipment and rude staff unpleasant

Hotel has so old card readers that it could not charge deposit which caused ALL the stay I had a Black clad employee following me telling they could not offer the service in question. It was embarrassing to be "broadcasted" like that because hotel facilities are out dated

Atrocious hotel for non-smokers

Overall, very bad hotel for non-smokers. Everything smells like cigarette smoke, the linens, the air, the lobby, the bath towels, the furniture. Food is bad, tastes artificial and rubbery. Cleanliness is 5/10.
