No heating

The heating facility is non existent in the room or at the lobby. The property is sub rented to commercial offices so there is wonderful rush up and down the building. The lifts are limited to one side for hotel guests and another for offices. I have stayed at this hotel before and was pleased earlier. Online booking entitled me to a poor room so I had to upgrade. What is seen on the photo of the room while booking was not what I was offered.

Pros: Concierge staff helpful for a tip
Cons: Just about everything. The place is disgustingly dirty, similar to expectations of a 2 star hotel. Make sure guests know spa is a sex shop
Location: Unsafe, bad lighting, right on the highway
This is not a 5 star hotel, I fly 100k miles per year been to 52 countries as a business traveler, do not ever stay here. The floors and carpet are disgustingly dirty. The spa is an outsourced brothel, the night club is also an outsourced third party brothel. Do not ever bring any children here. The business center floor carpets were so dirty, they smelled like vomit and the front office staff is rude, constantly asking for more money. The best part was the concierge staff who seem to run their own side business and helped me get dry cleaning and a real massage outside of the hotel. They will do anything for a tip. The area outside had security but was not well lit and i did not feel safe or comfortable. Over 100 nights in a hotel this year and this was far dead last. I would not even give this place 3 stars it is that bad.

Bad experience

Pros: Room is big
Cons: Customer service and housekeepig
Location: Good
I used to booked this hotel yearly for my business trip. First few year very well maintain. Now service is bad and hotel is quite run down. Toilet paper, shower shampoo did not replenish. Booked with breakfast but when there said no breakfast provided..

Very nice Hotel

Pros: Three rooms we stayed in were very luxurious and LARGE.
Cons: Two of the rooms we stayed in had A/C problems. One was unbearable, the other was barely tolerable.
Location: Whats not to do ! Every thing is close by and bus, subway and taxi service close at hand.
very nice Hotel. Although convenient, it's in an odd location.

Great Hotel

Pros: Near to supplier and lots of eateries
Cons: nil
Location: Lots of computer accessories and eateries nearby
Hotel is nice and staffs are very courteous. Rooms are great and new. Enjoy the stay there.

Disappointing housekeeping

Hotel front desk service is efficient n polite.checkin n out is fast.appreciate e free upgrade.housekeeping bad because I litup dnd mode when I was out upon return my room was cleanup.tot I indicate no entry to room n the next disappointing part is when I went into the toilet an empty mineral water which don't belong to me was left at my basin!n yes I need to clear it into the bin for tat kind soul who left it there.im particular on privacy.hope e hotel educate e housekeeping staff on dnd.

Boring place

Room and entrance are very nice. But this is it . No bar, No fitnes, the spa is external and expensive, restaurant is very average and surrounding of the hotel very ugly with no restaurant except for locals only ( no english menu ) if you book on expedia, they try to give you a smoking room or a smaller room and I had to fight a lot to get a non smoking room. I had read this comment from another customer and same thing happened to me even if expedia customer service told me that the Hotel cannot do this ( I had called Expedia before booking ) . Do not go there for a long stay , but if you want only a smoking nice room at a cheap price ,It is ok.

Due to your fee-back, the Comfort Room and Superior Room just have smoking room, if you want to non-smoking room then you meet to book the Deluxe Room or above room type. The hotel 2nd floor have western restaurant, and name as The Our's Western Restaurant, the menu with Chinese and English, but the 12th Floor to 15th Floor Chinese Restaurant, the menu just with Chinese. Any queries as your stay in the hotel just feel free to contact with the Assistant Manager at the Lobby.
