Not that great experience

When we first check in, the reception staffs are not collaborative. They are not helping each other and did not greet customers well. Waited for a while to be served and we check in our original booking room and it smells terrible of cigarette.
Then they do not have other similar rooms for us as the hotel was fully booked and we need to pay an extra RMB208 for upgrade. In total we paid RMB908, we should have a little extra to stay in a 5 star hotel in the CBD area.
While checking out, we waited 15 minutes to be served by the reception.
I would only rate this hotel a 2.5 star.
