Absolutely, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The grotesque odor in the hall and rooms was nauseating. Stains on the bed and carpet were disgusting. Unbelievably bad hotel. I want my money back!

Just awful ! The hotel smells awful soon as you enter The facilities are extremely poor Staff dies not speak a word of English and very ignorant in guiding tourists The breakfast is very poor with one share small jar of jam open to flies ! The lockers in the massage area are not good for animal use The toilets smell awful and totally not hygenic The unfriendly and rather rude and very agressive manager refused to send someone to assist me in my luggage when i told him i have a major spine operation and i had to drag the trolley, load it , drag it and offload it myself ! Most upsetting is that i lost trust in Expedia to have such a hotlel on their list Regretfully !

Not a 4 star. 3 at best
They try to charge me ¥700 instead of ¥388 priced on Expedia. Then they submitted a ore-approval for $700 US dollars. Not yuan. Had to unblock my credit card. Room had no towels. Kind of didngy. Well located. Mattress hard as a rock. Dated hotel. Could be way better

交通地點好。廁所設施殘舊。前台服務有事冇人。需要等待好久才可以叫到人出嚟服務。關於收費講得唔係太清楚。

場所は良いが決して清潔とは言えない。また泊まりたいとは思えません。古いからなのか湿気が多いいからなのか臭いがきつい。お風呂も黄ばんでいて入ろうとは思えない。ベッドもツインでしたが小さく、大きさも固く寝心地も決して良いとは言えませんでした。充電場所も別途付近にはなく立たなくてはいけない場所にしかないためとても不便を感じました。 唯一、一階の従業員の態度が良かったのが救いです。

短期出張向け
仕事絡みで一人で宿泊しました。　出張などで短期宿泊には立地がよく問題はないかと思いました フロントも通常のやりとりの英語も話せるし、日本のホテルの様な過剰なサービスもなく私としては 過ごし易かったと・・・　ただカップル向きではないと思います。 築年数がかなり経っている為に経年劣化が気になったので、料金的にもう少し安くてもよかったのではないかと思った。
