“Booked through Expedia obviously. The hotel took the portion that was supposed to be taken from Expedia taken from my credit card used for incidentals at check in. Still trying to get ahold of element hotel to get my money back. So basically paid for hotel twice.”

“The staff was professional Hotel was nice and clean just as described only downside is they charge $50 for hotel guests to park.”

“Clean venue and nice locations. However, you will hear everything with the thin walls. I heard everything happening in the hallway along with all the noise and traffic outside. The price was nice, but I'm not sure I'd stay here again just due to the noise. Everything else was great. ”

“The hotel lobby is very nice. The rooms are just okay. You can tell the furniture is a bit old. Other than that the room was fine. The location is great as it is within walking distance of downtown. I would stay here again if the price was right. The restaurant choices in the hotel are not good. Better to get real food from somewhere else. The staff was pleasant and helpful.”

“The A/C was broken, did not function at all; the shower door has high pitch squeaking sound every time i closed it. Everything else is good.”
