The Pullman is awesome

The Pullman is a fantastic hotel. You are guaranteed to have most staff speak english, and they always go totally out of their way to assist you. The hotel itself is lovely, but the staff are by far it’s biggest asset.

A very good hotel

Pros: Everything.
Cons: I liked everything.
Location: I didn't stay long to experience that.
The locacion is fantástic and conveniente especially if you have an early fight. Although you are close the the airport you can't hear a sound - the isolation is great. The room is very confortable - 10 out of 10 for the bed. The restaurant is superb, food for all the tastes.

Best hotel for GRU

Rooms are a very good size but needs a renovation of carpets and new matress, the shower was good but the bathroom floor got flooded. We had to have dinner at the bar, food was good, service is great. Hope they renovate rooms soon. Great location very close to airport.

Hotel was quite close to the airport.

We found the room to be not lit quite well. One light and its plug was not functioning. Breakfast was US$50 for the two of us so make sure your room rate includes breakfast. Otherwise the hotel was OK and the staff were quite pleasant.

Best Airport hotel in Sao Paulo

As far as Airport Hotels go, this is the best in Sao Paulo (for Guarulhos International Airport). There's nothing else near here(other than the Marriott Hotel), but the lounge area is a nice place to hang out & the shuttle service(every 10 minutes) is great.

Hotel very tired, the air conditioning did not work in room the barista at breakfast was rude but the waiter was very pleasant. The only redeeming feature was the pool better than the Marriott but on the whole go to Marriottt staff much nicer and hotel cleaner

Needs updating!

While this hotel appears to fit the "Lux" business traveler's niche, it seriously needs a remodel, new carpets, and new furniture, especially beds! Everything after the lobby is frayed and dingy.
