What can I say? Problems with the reservation. Couldn’t get the room away from the main plaza. Loud all night. No toilet seat. Mini fridge rumbled every 5 minutes. Hardly any blankets, low bed shoved against the wall on one side. Limited breakfast at another place. And LOUD!!!

Muy amables, lo unico fue el ruido del Parque pero no es un problema de atención sino del gusto personal. Muy limpio, agua caliente, espacioso y luminoso. El desayuno es bueno: jugo, bebida caliente, huevos, arepa, tostada y quesito.

The room was fine, small, clean, simple, good bed, tv. Very old fridge. The staff was excellent, friendly and kind. The only problem is the noice at night when you have a lakeview room. There is a nightclub close by with live music till midnight, so you can dance in your room tonthat sound

Un lugar acogedor, muy bonito! Mala experiencia porque no pudimos descansar bien por una actividad en la plaza y la musica demasiado alta no nos dejó dormir hasta las 3am. En el cuarto, todo bien menos la cama que los matress son muy duros.

Hotel sencillo de tres pisos sin ascensor, los cuartos limpios pero sin mucho confort! Falta una mesa de noche y más almohadas! La atención muy buena y gentil! Nice little hotel in the main plaza of town.

El hotel está limpio y bien organizado, y el personal y el servicio fueron amables y serviciales. El desayuno estaba en un restaurante fuera del hotel, pero estaba bien y la gente allí también era flexible. Gracias por hacer de mi estadía una gran experiencia.

Las personas en la recepción fueron amables, consideradas y de mucha ayuda a mis preguntas. Muy contento en general y el hotel bien cuidado. hay pequeños detalles que se notaron, pero. no quitan nada al hospedarse en el. great location, right on central square. If you stay in a unit facing central square It's a bit noisy at night. I stayed in unit 402 (facing central square) and had issues with shower water pressure and temp. also, if you want your room to be cleaned, then leave the apartment key with the receptionist, because otherwise they will not clean your room. at check in, the receptionist forgot to mention that.
