The worst experience of my life. My flight was delayed, I call the Hotel Coutyard, that I was late. The told me that my reservation was Ok, and they Will kept until my arrival. Then when I arrived, they had cancelled my reservation and didn’t have any room for me. I didn’t found any room around the hotel, them I had to take and UBER at 3 am in Guatemala y start to look for an hotel. Terrible!!!!!
