Pros: buenas instalaciones hotel amplio con un centro comercial dentro
Cons: el servicio al cliente de la recepción y el departamento de comunicaciones que atiende la operadora.
Location: hotel céntrico, buenas instalaciones, con un centro comercial propio y uno al lado, restaurantes cerca
el hotel muy bonito, buen mantenimiento, bastante personal en el lobby. el personal de la recepcion, con muy mal servicio al cliente. Se les entrena para decir NO a los huéspedes, se brinda en el noveno piso un servicio "VIP", en donde nada se puede sacar de la salida que no tiene espacio para recibir tantas personas... el desayuno en el noveno piso, terrible no había donde sentarse, mesas sucias y el personal no colabora en nada, aparte cero opciones(solo fruta) para vegetarianos, el resto de la comida que ofrecían todo tenía Jamón... se ofrecen servicios "especiales" a los huéspedes, y todo es condicionado, o sujeto a disponibilidad o no disponible.

Modern, super comfortable luxury hotel

Had a great experience and appreciated the Expedia Gold upgrades. I am sued to Platinum and Gold at major hotels and was not sure of what to expect. On arrival, went to the 9th floor for VIP floor check-in and was given a corner room with an excellent view of Volcan Agua all the way in Antigua. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room were well done and kept at Spa temperatures. Very relaxing stay, professional service, free drinks and snacks provided on Royal Floor (VIP). Look forward to staying here again. Rarely are my expectations exceeded, though Hotel Tikal Futura exceeded my expectations with the Expedia Gold upgrades.

Disappointing

Pros: Nothing much
Cons: Renovate the club rooms
Location: The mall nearby is the only positive
Disappointing, none of the Expedia "VIP benefits" were offered, the Club amenities were very poor.

Staff racist and not nice to all

Staff did not want to be inclusive of all people - pointing out my family for not being dressed up enough and then refusing to let us eat because of this - spilt coffee on my young son, no waiting on us for the first two and only days we stayed - because we speak little Spanish. Uncompromising and unapologetic management team. Hotel was nice if your okay with racism.

Nice location on a shopping mall. Very efficient hotel Shuttle. Nice room. Check in later be was very slow due to high number of guest checking in or out on Sunday and not enough staff. I waited in line 20-25 min for check in. However, at other times no problem at reception.
