Nice hotel in zona viva

Pros: Nice location
Location: This hotel is just in the middle of zona viva.
Service was excellent and the room provided was with a great view !

It's an okay hotel. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Pros: We chose a slightly higher rate with breakfast included, but the breakfast buffet didn't disappoint. With a lot of variety for all diets.
Cons: Persuade the discotheque across the street to close the front porch at a decent hour. Chip in with other hotels to have visible security on the street
Location: There are very good restaurants on a two block radius. Walk 2 blocks to Fontabella plaza for great ones. Take a cab at night because streets are quiet
It is an okay hotel. Very basic standard international hotel chain type. Nothing out of the ordinary, but comfortably above average for a little less than your standard int'l hotel rates. A nice big bed and standard hotel bathroom. Unfortunately, there is a discotheque that plays very loud music onto the street. At least on a Saturday night. We were staying on the 12th floor and could still distinctly hear it. Not to keep you up all night, but annoying enough. Luckily I brought earplugs and that did the trick, but my companion had some trouble falling asleep. The bed was very comfortable though, so once she did fall asleep she didn't wake up anymore. Do pay for the option with the breakfast included, because the breakfast buffet is delicious.

Pros: Clean very clean..
Cons: the sink gets full of water too fast... needs some work..
Location: went shopping, went to a nice restaurant.
I like it it was nice.. But the sink needs to get fixed..

This is a fairly nice and clean hotel in the middle of Zona 10, one of the best areas of the city. They need to change elevators and refurnish rooms! Definitely not in the top hotels!

Bad access from garage to lobby. You use stairs or service elevator to room. The fan of A/C makes heavy noise. My room wasn't clean. I found a lady shirt in my bed and dirty envelope in the desk. the room was incorrect from the reservation itinerary. The key access to my room was locked two times

Please take detail look to charges. I did a prepay stay and then they charge me US $ with no reason and never explain to me what was the reason. Very bad service to process a requirement
