Great with a shuttle to airport

The only thing, I would have loved to have a coffee before leaving at 4 1/2 am.

I have checked a room for 3 but 1 person could not make it, I told this to the receptionist as soon we arrived that the room should be for 2 persons instead of 3, she said I have to made the arrangements with Expedia not with the hotel, I could Expedia and I was told this should be fixed by the hotel, so I was back and for trying to fix this. Finally I talk with reception at the hotel and they promise to refund for the 3rd person. I hope the will do it.

I really liked this hotel

The staff were very helfull and open. Food delicious and bed beyond comfort. Location in the heart of zona viva. I had a good time here. Thanks.

Quick stop

The room was comfortable and very clean. We were there briefly, so only had soup in the cafe and left at 4:30 in the morning. The shuttle was easy and on time.

It was just so so. The carpet in my room was old and dirty. No view, just rooftops and air vents. No real restaurant or bar. I would never stay here again. If you can't find anything else then it's ok.

Tad disappointed

It took about 10 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to help me check-in. Wi-fi was $15 a day. Very quiet. Not many to any guests. Staff was snobby.

We stayed on Friday December 10th and again on Friday December 16th. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We've already booked our rooms for July 2017 with this Hotel. Highly recommend it!

a very dry corporate hotel...clean and neat but that is about it...lacks character...unenthusiastic front desk....lack of cable english news surprising...even the most basic cable services have at a minimum cnn & bbc ...along with the lack of free wifi in rooms (only lobby) the hotel is not one I would want to return to....yes i knew about eh limited wifi thought it would be fine...but when it is pretty standard to have access in your room in almost all places hard to understand why not here...guess the $15 24 hour access fee is quite lucrative for them

Nice Hotel

I really liked the Biltmore Hotel is very similar to Camino Real Guatemala maybe the difference is that more rooms are. Small but as far as comfort is really good, it is more I think that ambis hotels are of the same corporation as they have a connection between them that leads to the parking lot and to the lounges and pool of the other hotel. The parking was free, the beds are super comfortable and the room was very clean, the employees almost did not see them but did not need them ... I would really go there !!! I recommend it for people who come to do business or who are short time in Guatemala. I do not know what else to write I have to write 50 letters but I said what I wanted to say jajajajajajajaja ...
