Great Hotel!!, close to everything

Cons: Control4 in their rooms, it will be nice to have a remote control that you don´t have to point to the TV, plus control the lights, blinds and AC
Location: Everything is very close, Antigua is 45 min away, Cayala 15 min, of course this depends on the day time, since their traffic hours are very heavy
This is the best hotel you can stay in Guatemala, close to everything, quiet, clean, nice, good restaurants, secure, great staff.

Convenient Airport Hotel

Last stop before the airport. We needed somewhere comfortable and close by to the airport. The Real InterContinental has 4 restaurants and a bar which is great if you're just intending to use it as your waypoint to the airport.

la dormida no fue agradable, por la incomodidad de sus almohadas. teníamos reservación de dos habitaciones con dos camas por habitación y y nos asignaron una cama en cada habitación. Nos ofrecieron hacer el debido cambio y nunca se dio. nos han hecho un cargo en la tarjeta de crédito como deposito que no ha sido reintegrado aún ese deposito.

Lamentamos mucho no haber honrado Su Mejor Descanso debido a la incomodidad de las almohadas y no obtener habitaciones con 2 camas. Nos gustaría también saber si el monto retenido a su tarjeta de crédito ya ha sido liberado de lo contrario quedo a sus apreciables órdenes para el seguimiento adecuado.
