disappointing

Pros: nice breakfast spread
Cons: friendlier staff
Location: not much...no local food nearby
Rude check-in staff, didn't clean room until 5PM; not accomodating at all

Best hotel for Business

It is a good hotel to have clients for breakfast, lunch or dinner. With more than 4 options of restaurants and a big bar for networking, it is a good option for your business

Great food, lots of services and a great bed!

Pros: Four choices of places to eat inside, pool and gym and spa, safe hotel taxis.
Cons: It was fine and reasonable for where you were staying.
Location: Guayaquil is not a safe city, let's be clear. But there are safe places to go and ways to get there. Always use the hotel affiliated taxis.

convenient to the airport, friendly service

good size functional room, a little spartan, especially the bathroom, not very luxurious. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Needs a facelift!

The hotel has the comfort of a Hilton hotel but the facilities need rennovation. Carpets are old and decor is dated. There is a particular smell on the lobby that gave me a headache.

Do stay here

I booked through expedia my stay was to included breakfast. I was charged 60.00 be told it did not. The pool was for.members only not for guest use. I will never stay at a Hilton again.

Worst racial and discriminate hotel

I paid for my parents to be in a "nice Hotel that I thought" for a night because they deserved. The stuff got my parents the worst room without air conditioner in the hot weather and when my parents complain they did nothing about, the Tv was the oldest and it was not working, they didn't move a hand to change my parents to a decent room, the room was not in good conditions and next day my parents went to breackfast and even that I paid already with my credit card because was included in the price, they charge another time for the breakfast. What kind of place or hotel do that !!! I am so disappointed my mom and dad Didn't deserve it. For me they are the worst stuff and hotel, don't look just the outside. Look how you or your family are going to be treat. I never recommend no one to go there. They take advantage and discriminate people!!
