Pros: see above
Cons: can not think of anything, except maybe more staff at desk to accommodate early morning checkout.
Comfortable, safe, efficient, quiet room. I arrived just in time to be invited to the first guest cocktail party. Delicious h'or doeuvres and a chance to talk with other guests and staff.

nice hotel near the airport.

Posted Dec 21, 2016
Cons: The pool was hot, almost like a sauna. Not uncomfortable, but I've never experienced that before.
Location: Convenient to the airport, but not much nearby for dining options.
Very nice place, comfortable, convenient to the airport and a reasonable price.

Best Airport Hotel Ever

Posted Nov 25, 2016
Pros: Everything.
Cons: Nothing - this was perfection.
Location: Very close to the airport.
Usually with airport hotels, you are forced to choose between tiny rooms and cheaper prices (often rundown, at some distance from the airport and not so cheap), or standard size rooms and ridiculously high prices. This is the first time I've had a fantastic hotel experience for a reasonable price. And a Holiday Inn no less! I took a cab (because I had neglected to arrange for the shuttle) which took less than five minutes from the airport. As soon as the cab pulled up, the doorman came out to get my luggage and opened the door for me. At reception, I was offered a glass of fresh juice. Check in was fast. I was asked about a shuttle to the airport, advised as to what would be a reasonable time to get it, and asked if I wanted a wake up call. A bellman took me and my luggage up to my room. I arrived at 9:30 p.m., expecting to find the restaurant closed. In fact, it was open until 10:30, another pleasant surprise. In other cities, I've found airport airport hotels tended not to have restaurants, or they close early. The room was enormous, with two queen beds, a desk, lots of closet space and a big bathroom. No tub, but the shower stall was huge, water pressure was very forceful and the water was good and hot. The wifi was fast. The room was super quiet. In the morning my wake up call came twice. At reception, even though it was 4:45 a.m., there were juices, coffee and fresh pastries set out. The shuttle was free and came right on time. And all this for about $169.

Very close and convenient to airport

Posted Nov 15, 2016
Location: The airport is nearby, the airport shuttle only operates at limited times and the walking to tea airport is difficult although pretty close
This is an average hotel, the only advantage is the proximity to the airport. The facilities are ok, but the swimming pool is very small and the jacuzzi is not the best. Also, for food is not the best place to eat or hang out. The staff's treatment is average, I didn't find them very helpful.

Convienent Airport Location

Posted Oct 21, 2016 on Hotels
Best hotel in Ecuador. Hotel is exactly what you would expect from a Holiday Inn. Room was big, clean , comfortable, and best of all, had English speaking channels. I walked to hotel from airport because I didn't want to wait for the shuttle and wasn't even sure the hotel had one. Easy 10 min walk with luggage. I learned hotel has shuttle and arranged for hotel to take me to airport early in morning for free. They even had a free mini breakfast (juice, coffee, fruit) waiting for me in the lobby at 5am.

Attentive staff clean rooms

Posted Oct 6, 2016 on Hotels
I have never met a more attentive staff! Centered my Galapagos adventures from this island and took day trips to others. I had heard from many people on the island how bad wifi was and my wifi was super fast here. The sun rises early and may wake you in your bed but that's fine bc you should be site seeing not sleeping! Freshly made breakfast daily. I was running late one day and they even handed me a little snack to take with me on my day trip.
