Amenities poor

Pros: The location was conveniently close to the airport and the shuttle was timely and free.
Cons: Heat the jacuzzi and clean the sauna and check it's heating equipment.
Location: No info.
Although the amenities were not good the staff was friendly and very helpful and our room was comfortable. We were looking forward to a hot jacuzzi after our long drive. The jacuzzi was large and looked nice but unfortunately it was cold. We tried the sauna next....no luck there either, in addition to the bad odor it was also cold and didn't heat quickly enough for us to use.

Hotel location is too close on street ! But service are great ! Peopke all very nice ! Clean and save ! I think is good place to go for stay !

Muy buena ubicación, cerca del aeropuerto, rodeado de Shopping, otros hoteles, bares y restaurantes.

Perfume festival.

All environments are perfumed from the airport shuttle to be lobby, the floors and the rooms. Not my favorite peace of cake.

Lo elijo cada vez que vengo a Guayaquil y lo seguiré haciendo. Tienen un servicio y una calidad humana de excelencia!! La comodidad es un lujo. Pero destaco por sobre todo lo que es la atención de primerísimo nivel de su gente!!

Esperaba algo mejor por ese precio

La reserva no incluia desayuno. La mayoría de hoteles de este tipo, por el mismo precio, incluye desayuno buffet. La habitación es alformbrada, y en verdad esa alfrombra luce sucia. Además, y lo peor, pese a que al hacer check in entregue una tarjeta de crédito para que se carguen todos los consumos, a los 10m minutos de hacer check in pude ver que se me hizo el cargo total del hospedaje a la tarjeta de crédito con la que hice la reseración, a la cual en teoría me indicaban que nada se iba a cobrar. La persona de front desk no hizo nada para solucionarlo. es la priemra vez que veo que habiendo entregado una atrjeta para que se use en la estadía en eun hotel, el establecimiento decide cobrarlo en otra tarjeta.

Clean and modern

Pros: Utterly clean and modern. I was sorely tempted to steal the showerhead.
Cons: The staff can be a bit too solicitous. I just wanted to handle my own stuff (it wasn't much), check in, and get to my room. Keep some $1 coins handy
Location: Not much of anything nearby, mostly other hotels and expensive restaurants
I stayed at the HoJo offer almost two months in Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Ecuador. After a drive across the Andes in fog and rain the last thing I wanted was character. I wanted a clean, modern, and non-challenging environment. HoJo did not disappoint. Shuttle bus runs to the airport every half hour. If coming from the airport call the hotel, since the bus does not run if there are no passengers. Or take a taxi, but settle on a price in advance. If you want to do something local cabs are plentiful and cheap. Get the price in advance, as neither driver I used used the taximeter.
