Great location, clean, quiet rooms, multi-lingual staff (Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, English, others?). I won;t stay anywhere else when I'm in GYE for business or for pleasure!
Clean, professional staff Delicious breakfast Great location
great ammenities, friendly staff and beautiful place, will for sure go back.
Wonderful location in city centre. Good value for money. Friendly staff. I'd recommend this hotel but with the warning that the TV is ONLY in Spanish. We asked that it be set for English broadcast of at least BBC or CNN and several people tried but no one on the staff knew how to change it.
Hotel is in the center. Looks old but inside is in good conditions Service is great. Location is walking distance from Malecon, La perla, main square Good value for money
Great staff, spoke fluent English, top-shelf hotel, but very, very moderately priced. Breakfast nearly the best in all of 30 days traveling around Ecuador
This is a very lovely and romantic place! Breakfast was wonderful and the service exceptional. They give you little treats throughout your stay that are delicious! Great hotel for a relaxing weekend!
Good in general .excellent staffing..continental breakfast only more variety
Great experience. Hotel was centrally located that you could find almost everything on a waling distance. Shopping centers, restaurants, museums, entertainent.
I liked the location. The hotel is close to the airport, banks, shopping centers, great restaurants nearby, you can actually walk safely to many places. The main problem for me was the noise during the night, it made impossible for me to get a good night of sleep the first night (I was wearing earplugs). ...
Close to everything very nice .thecarea has lots of places to eat and shop and lots of antique strctures.
Our promised ride at the airport failed to show (an email detailing this omission ignored so far), so a cab took us to our hotel. The ratings and price suggested something more 'posh', as did the pictures. While the courtyard was very pleasing to see and breakfast in, the cold coffee, the slim pickings ...
What a beautiful place in every way! Close to the Malecon and spotless room with a warm and friendly staff! Thank you, Katherina and staff!
I am a diabetic and need to maintain my insulin below 80 degrees. I use freezer packs for travel and they require refreezing every few hours. No fridge in my original room. Staff at first put the freezer packs in a room with a fridge and delivered packs to me. On second day they upgraded my room ...
Location...booking price...lack of attention to bathroom...nothing good to say.
I am not really used to staying at this type of hotel, but it was quite comfortable, and the breakfast was nice. The coffee was good, the hot chocolate was wonderful, and the fresh Ecuadorian cheese was a nice addition to the table of options. We had a nice room that had all we could have asked for. ...
Stayed one night. Would stay there again. Internet says wi-fi and shuttle and discounts for local attractions. Did not speak good Spanish so may have missed some things but you need your own computer to use the internet, and no idea how to get the shuttle if it exists. The location was super, and ...
Sencillo pero agradable
This was by far the worst hotel stay I've ever had in any country in my entire life. The staff don't not acknowledge the "do not disturb" sign and will enter your room any time. Also, the couple of sodas in the fridge, don't drink them unless you think they're worth $25.. no sign to indicate this ...
We stayed at Hotel Presidente Boutique for a stop over from the coast. It is close to the Malecon. The staff was great, no questions asked when there was a problem with a room, she just moved us to another. She also helped us a lot with our Airport transfers. I would stay here again.
Great place, where I must say I have a soft spot for the classic and nostalgic. The hotel is situated in the area where once the national beer brewers - English family started this I have been told - created the world's most important beverage. Beer. Overlooking the river Guayas enjoying an ice cold ...
