Safe Haven

Smooth and friendly checkin, everything clean and nice. Just spent 5 weeks in a small beac town in Northern Ecuador and was in Manta few nights before and survived the 7.8 magnitude earthquake. Was excellent being in a safe modern hotel. I'm staying there every time I pass through Gauyaquil in the future!

Una persona fuera de contexto.

Señores el hotel es bueno, lo malo es que un funcionario en counter cree que todo lo que el pide debemos pagar. Esa persona piensa que tenemos dinero regalado para sus pretensiones. El resto de personas son muy conscientes. Son dos veces que he llegado.

the service and staff are horrible!, we waiting 45 minutes to get a bucket of ice served to our room. When i called to see what was the hold up they said they would send it right up 15 minutes later we got the ice. The hotel stay did not include any free meals at all, we ordered 2 orders of 2 eggs sunnyside with toast and cheese and 2 small glasses of orange juice for a whopping $36.00! Would not recommend this place at all

Close to airport

Close to airport. Connected to big mall (Mall Del Sol) by pedestrian bridge. Staff is all bilingual and extremely helpful. Processes for getting to/from mall, use of room key in elevator, getting breakfast not clearly communicated in either language (and I understand Spanish well). Breakfast starts? 6? 6:30? Evidently they put out dinner leftovers at 6 but don't get the omelet bar started until 7:15. Foods on pricey, non-included breakfast buffet are very good, though. Room service dinner reasonably priced and delicious with great service.

スタッフのサービスは笑顔が素敵でした。朝の食事バイキングを変更お願いしたい。この地区では魚もマンタ漁港からたくさん取れるので、焼き魚にサルサソースやセビチェ等も提供していただけると顧客が喜ぶのではないでしょうか?

Number one choice for me

I stay here at the Sonesta often. When I have an early flight out of Guayquil this really is my number one choice. The rooms are big, EXTREMELY clean and VERY QUIET.
