nice colour of the hotel rooms

It was satisfactory, but could have been better. The hotel rooms were adequate and the staff were polite, however many of them did not understand English, so could not communicate with them.

Nice hotel, but could be a lot better

BAB Hotel was not quite what i expected. The decor is very contemporary, and a bit mismatched. Didnt make much sense to me. There is an indoor pool area next door to the reception. I never saw anyone using it. Its in the shade, and looks very cold. If you're looking to lounge by a pool for a week, this is not the hotel for you. We were greeted by a doorman and receptionist. Check in was very simple, and we were given a welcome drink. We booked the Senior Suite. Our room was exactly as shown in pictures. Very spacious with 2 balconies. Breakfast at this hotel is very limited. They serve the same food everyday, and definitely could do with some improving. Bab hotel, overall was ok. I would book again as the location was great, we had a mcdonalds at walking distance, and our room was perfect.

The plumbing could be improved

I booked for 2 nights. First night the room had unbearable bad smell from the plumbing. Water leaking from the bottom of basin to the floor. They sent in technician to check and I had to ask for some room incense to kill the smell otherwise can't breath. Wasted almost 2 hours to sort this out at night, didn't manage to rest until mid night because of this. Second night was fine as they had changed room for me. Took a small bottle of mineral water from the minibar and it cost €6/60Dhs which I think it absolutely overpriced consider I know the same bottle cost 3Dhs in the Carrefour across the road.

Nice location and service

Very happy with my experience. I was in Marrakech for our wedding anniversary and the hotel staff managed to get me some beautiful flowers and a delicious cake at short notice - placed in the room as a surprise when we got back in the evening. Rooms are clean, beds huge (I had the deluxe room) and breakfast was good with plenty of Moroccan style items. All staff were super friendly but then again, Moroccans are all friendly people.

Poor start, poor finish and average breakfast

Cons: Needs to hire new staff who have clear information about the hotel amenities and facilities. if not please close down the hotel
Location: ok
Room not ready even we arrived 2hr and 30 minutes after check in time. Made to wait 2 hours for room (junior suite) cleaning and still not ready, me, my wife and little child too tired, disrupted our plans for the rest of the day. I asked to complementary cold drinks for me and baby which I was told will be given but promise not fulfilled. Had senior suite available but not offered as a goodwill gesture until I nearly shouted that why room was not ready Then offered to have senior suite for one night only, I refused to move between rooms during stay and pressed ahead and after 15 minutes of heated conversation was offered senior suite. Advertised that hotel provides parking for car but it doesn't and everyday I had to pay for parking to the guardian. Worst of all when this issue was brought forward, every day and every night staff kept changing the statements about parking spaces provided by the hotel. I asked for manager which was never available. Advertised that hotel offers in room breakfast free but was charged for it. English language must be learnt if having international guests but was not up to the average standards.

Excellent hotel, friendly and polity staffs. Good breakfast, cleaning room and cute and peaceful sleep at night.

Good location to new town Marrakech

Pros: Room cleanliness, proxmity to the shopping mall/new town and only a 5-10 mins taxi ride to the medina.
Location: Walking distance to Marrakech Railway station. Nice breakfast/brunch place - L'Adresse - 10 mins walk from hotel.
Very quirky and modern hotel. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friending - from the receptionist to the porter, to the bar staff. Clean room, brilliant waterfall shower in the Deluxe Room that we stayed in and nice spa facilities on-site.

Over rated and under performed

Pros: Big beds and spacious room
Cons: Breakfasts and lack of attention to quality service
Location: Location was good ,lots of shops and cafe house
I was not empress with overall service Breakfast was so basic and service was so poor .

Great stay,initially booked 1 night but stay 3, then travelled for 2 days and returned for 1 last night before departing. What ever you require,,they do the best. I requested a private taxi for outside of Marrakesh and my tours were super also thecost. Rooms are exactly how I like and even changed rooms not because of quality, just wanted to see how others were. The Baby hotel is on my list when I run to marrakesh
