Hotel handy for bus stop

Posted Nov 23, 2015
Pros: Staff were very friendly. Pool good
Cons: Decor, furnishings very tired., wifi very poor, no bar. Restaurant closed ( told to go out to eat for evening meal)
Location: Handy for the bus stop. Also away from the city noise
The Hotel Amine looks very attractive but it is a very tired hotel in need of some serious tlc. This is a shame because the staff worked very hard to make our stay as good as possible. The breakfast was fine but again the surroundings in the dining room were tired & worn out. The hotel has not renewed its licence for the bar so no alcohol which seems to indicate the hotel owners are running it down. Given the mass of other hotels in Marrakech at a similar price, you would not stay here more than once.

A very comfortable and welcoming stay!

The hotel was very comfortable, hotel staff very friendly and welcoming, helped us to book taxis willingly. Breakfast was good with a good variety of choices. Over all a very lovely stay with lovely grounds, very well kept. Highly recommended!

Staff wonderful, pool fantastic, hotel tired but does the job! If you want a posh hotel - go to one! Hotel Amine is old and tired but cheap and functional - long may it stay the same!!!!

1 star hotel at most! think faulty towers not fun

if your a Westerner that has at least stayed in 1 other hotel in your life then pelase do Not stay here, this is the worst hotel i've ever stayed in my life. IT clearly has not been revamped since it was built in the 70's and has recently been taking over by new management that dont have a clue. There is a hotel bar that does not serve alcohol because they don't have a licences to do so. The rooms are cold they have no double beds just singles in the room, the hotel is a very long walk into the new town, even if you paid me 100 pounds a night i would never stay here again.

Great on a budget

Posted Aug 10, 2013
Pros: Pool area
Cons: Breakfast; not much options...they have pancakes but no chocolate sauce or sweet syrup to go with it.
Location: just a short cab ride from the medina.
Great if your on a budget and looking for a clean hotel with friendly staff and a pool.

Great for a relaxing time.

I have atyed here twice already this year, and will be returning soon. This is not the best looking or best maintained hotel in Morocco, but for the price, you cannot go wrong. Staff are friendly, the rooms basic, but comfortable, breakfast good. It is the pool and pool bar which make this hotel worth staying at, as well as the location. Easy to find, not far from the centre of town with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

A good place to stay.

This hotel had a beautiful swimming pool. It was on a major road into Marrakech and was a good location for driving to all of the sights. The breakfast that was included was delicious. The map was not clear enough for us to drive to the hotel without assistance.
