I travel around the UK with work and this has to be my favourite hotel, spacious comfortable room, fantastic breakfast, gym/ pool included in the price (not all hotels do this) and the staff were brilliant too. Overall 10/10.

I will never out of principle stay in this hotel, would advise everyone the same. If necessary pay more and be guaranteed a pleasant unstressed stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice rooms, big and double bed for solo traveller. Indoor pool and gym great for rainy days.

Perfect for me
The hotel was quiet for my 4 night stay, so I got lots of attention. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were fab too. I will definitely return here at som future date, especially as its close to the Airport. Ohh and the Liberation beer on tap was excellent.

A little rundown but clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Conveniently on bus route from airport to town, bus stop is just outside the front.

This is a quirky hotel which may not suit everyone. I am more than happy to stay here as it is convenient and has easy access by bus to the airport. The place could do with updating but the staff are friendly and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. When I travel to Guernsey this is my hotel of choice

Very tired and run down. Really poor internet and poorly maintained, but breakfast was enjoyable and overall was a restful nights sleep. Just needs a bit of a face lift and some fresh vigor! Could have done with an iron and ironing board as well, and carpets i think could have done with a good deep clean!

My family and I had two twin rooms. The rooms are quiet and clean so they definitely cover my two biggest priorities. While the rooms are comfortable, they are in need of a refresh. The bathrooms are actually in very good shape and seem to be kept up or more recently refreshed compared to the rest of the room. The hotel is close to the airport. There is not a lot to the outside of the property, but it was enjoyable sitting out front and having a drink in the evening. There was one gentleman on staff who was extremely helpful. The rest of the staff did not seem to want to be bothered much, but I was not there to make friends. The breakfast was fine. There is a continental buffet with different egg and meat plates also included.

Old tired dated the best bit of the hotel was the barman / waiter the food was dreadful and no cooked breakfast which was probably for the best. WiFi was very iffy

Location was good. But the building is looking very tired and scruffy. Reception was mostly un atttended. I asked for some extra tea bags and was told we are allocated 2 per day per room and any additional tea bags are charged at 50 pence each! We are vegetarians and asked for veggie sausages at breakfast and was told they dont have any, we were there for 3 nights it would have been nice if they had made the effort to purchase some for us. Staff were very nonchalant in their attitude rarely making eye contact or speaking pleasantries. Would not recommend. Its a shame as the building clearly has great potential.

It was well situated from the airport however the draw back here was that we could hear planes frequently the hotel could benefit from sound proofing it was not the warmest welcome but professional none the less the WiFi was poor and the gym equipment was somewhat lacking the on site restaurant was absolutely lovely great staff amazing food and wine selection I did find the sauna charge rather odd didn’t expect to pay to use something like that so didn’t use it and the changing facilities could do with updating as the lockers do not accept new pound coins and the staff do not have tokens

The hotel was perfectly adequate if somewhat dated. The staff were all friendly and most helpful. The restaurant was good with a different type of menu from the norm. Ideal location for airport passengers, as it is literally 5 minutes from the terminal.

The hotel setting was very good as we could get from the airport and into St Peters port and also all over the island from the bus stop just across the road. The hotel itself has a very good health centre, the bedroom we had was quite roomy and clean and best of all the breakfast was excellent as was the evening meal we had in the Sahara restaurant. Staff were welcoming and hard working. Overall a very good hotel in a good position.

Convenient hotel for airport
We were mostly here for a holiday with an alumni event added on! Hotel is very convenient for the airport and the staff are very helpful. Just a little tired in places but very good value.

Relaxing Hotel
The hotel is ideally located being only a five minute bus ride. The bus stop is in the airport. Quiet hotel friendly and helpful receptionist. Restaurant staff also nice. Clean room and generous teas and biscuits provided. Bus stop out side the hotel takes you to the main town to shop. Journeys cost only a pound. Hotel is good value for money. Will be returning. Thank you for a lovely stay.
