Luxurious and friendly.Posted Mar 19, 2018
I have stayed at this hotel 5 times it is well located in a sunny isle with a golf course attached. However, the staff experience is now truly friendly, courteous and efficient. Any required task is met with a 'can do' attitude and a positive application towards success. It all makes for a rather lovely experience. Only a four and a bit hours flight from the UK and glorious sunny weather awaits along with a charming reception.

Amazing hotel - one of the best we have stayed in. The ONLY issue is the cost of meals and beverages. The food is excellent quality but significantly overpriced. Playa San Juan is less than 5 minute L.A. away and has several very good restaurants at approximately 1/3 the cost so worth visiting for some meals depending on the length of your stay.

A magnificent but somewhat isolatedPosted Feb 7, 2018
Pros: Quality and friendliness. Beautiful setting including a great yellow sand beach with restaurant. Hotel restaurants include a two-star Michelin
Cons: Sign posting routes within the hotel.
Location: Great but somewhat isolated. As soon as requested your car would be delivered to the entrance.
A great short term stay. It is a large sprawling hotel which is quite difficult for older less agile guests like us to get around; however the staff always reacted in a friendly and positive way with assistance.

Fantastic Property with its own private beachPosted Jan 22, 2018
Pros: Space, attention to detail, decor, food.
Cons: A better service at breakfast time
Location: Private beach, several pools, ( one an adult only pool ) . Shopping, water slide park, port, restaurants .
I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times over Christmas when the hotel has been very full with families. My last stay was alone and outside of the school holidays so there was a different vibe, but still a fantastic place to escape to get some winter sun in beautiful surroundings.

An excellent choicePosted Jan 16, 2018
We stayed on the advice of friends and were very please. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are extremely well-trained and helpful. The restaurants are good, with a Spanish two Michelin star, a Japanese one star, and a number of other solid places to dine. The prices are fairly high by London standards for smaller things, and some customers might feel that some of extra charges (like the spa jacuzzi, WiFi in the room, etc) should be included, as they are in many equivalent resorts. Overall, however, it was a great experience. We will go back and we will recommend it to friends.

ExcellentPosted Jan 11, 2018
Pros: American service in Spain
Cons: Consistency of room cleaning could be better
Location: Nothing to do ... that's the beauty of this hotel as it's an oasis in tenerife
Great luxury hotel with excellent restaurants for winter sun. I wouldn't hesitate to return again in future years. Level of service was particularly impressive.

True five star experiencePosted Dec 17, 2017
Pros: Location, facilities (including golf), overall quality.
Cons: Free buggies provided but insufficient in number and not maintained fully charged which led to people disabling and/or swapping buggies to upgrade.
Location: Between Adeje and Los Gigantes, a developing area presently short of shops (inc pharmacies) and restaurants. Excellent golf course adjoins.
On arrival offered refreshment. Room upgraded from sea view to villa suite. Staff all professional, helpful and friendly.
