“This is a lovely hotel not too far away from local shops and supermarkets. The food here is also really good although a little pricy once the tax is added on but that is the same everywhere we have visited in Santo Domingo. The staff are very friendly and the room is lovely especially with the air conditioning as it was very humid while we were here. Overall a brilliant experience.”

“I stayed in El Beaterio for 4 nights. It’s such a beautiful casa museo located in a quiet area. The room is nice and clean decorated with old maps of La española. The courtyard has lots of sunlight and plants that I enjoyed my breakfast here (though you need to apply mosquito repellent as they are quite active if you come in early morning like 6-8am) Check out the terrace in the early morning and you would get a nice photo with sun rise. The staff here are very nice. I stayed in the room……
