Quiet, clean, convenient

Needed a place to stay close to a service I was attending. Rate was reasonable, room and bathroom were clean, it was quiet despite being not too far from I-95, breakfast was a light fare.. like Residence Inn or the Microtel.. coffee was drinkable. I wish they could have refunded my last night as plans changed but Expedia has a no refund policy. Not the fault of the Inn itself.

Ineptitude squared

It's a nice place, completely ruined by the inarticulate ineptitude of the staff. My father died, and I wanted to get a group of rooms, I was unable to communicate with the manager or owner, and I mean I was unable to understand them, Their inability to speak English, or a reasonable facsimile thereof, made communication impossible. So I booked online through hotels.com. When we arrived we were told that none of the three rooms that I had reserved were there. NONE NO RESERVATION!!! AT ALL!!! But hey I have this reservation number! Well, that was too bad, we don't have any room or anything with that reservation number. It took an hour and a half being online and on the phone with hotels.com to resolve this issue, the person at the front desk at the comfort inn was unable to understand us, to accommodate us, or work with us whatsoever. In the meantime, we were unable to get into our room and it went from 4 o'clock to 5:30 PM, when we had a dinner with our family before my father's funeral to be at. There was little or no consideration for our grief or our inconvenience. It was obvious the hotel was not booked, there were plenty of parking spaces and loads of room, they just didn't want to work with us, or try to understand us. In retrospect it seems like a miracle we were actually able to get into the rooms.
