I stayed in the king room with the kitchenette and it was absolutely amazing and beyond what I was expecting! The photos don’t do it justice ~ the staff was really delightful & if I need to stay at a hotel close to me again, I will definitely be back. 10/10 recommend

Hotel was very average. Stayed here based on location to family. The front desk clerk was never there when you walked in, she was always in the back. We selected the “premium” room but I have no clue what was premium about it since all the rooms were “suites”. The room had a kitchenette which was nice but obviously it did not include anything to cook or eat with or even soap to clean so make sure if you’re planning on using it you bring everything necessary. I wouldn’t say the room was dirty but it wasn’t the cleanest.

Pet friendly. Nice picnic area. Spacious room. Older establishment but the bed was very firm, linens were clean. Plenty of towels. You do have to go to the desk to get extra blankets. If you want to cook in the kitchenette you have to go to the desk to get everything. Very affordable.

This hotel is filthy dirty! It needs a painting really bad! It is run down, The check in girl was so unfriendly. We got there a half hour too early and she would not let us check in. I can’t believe I wasted $200 on this stay! Thank God it was only for one night!

This Red Roof Inn is motel-style. Very nice, clean, good value for the money on a weekend where hotel prices are through the roof. Don’t book this place and expect the Ritz-Carlton, as I said it’s a motel.

The place was advertised as having oven and stove and they said there was utensils to use and plates. There was none of that. Very disappointing. Since I was looking forward to that.

My visit was scary a bit, Entering the second floor the step look like they have not been sweep in month’s. They had dead bugs, cod webs with bugs, moths chasing you creepy experiences. They have no laundry room. No breakfast just Orange juice and bottled water. I solace taken pictures but I did not. Would not ever stay there again. Staff were pleasant.

I suggest you bypass this Red Rook Inn when travelling!!! Sorry to have to give this Red Roof Inn a terrible review since I rely on Red Roof Inns for my family travel with my dog. Overview: We arrived late evening, exhausted from a day's driving and assumed we would find the same level of quality we had found at other Red Roof Inns. The room's windows were open as if the cleaning crew was airing out the room - we immediately closed them for safety and assumed no problem until I realized 1/2 way through the night that the windows were probably left open to help DRY OUT the room. We woke at around midnight to find our bedding and luggage contents wet! I guess it must have been the (loud) AC unit misfunctioning. I should also mention to large hole in the kitchen wall and the broken office-style desk - things we did not care about since we were only intending to stay one night and so we made no complaint. Red Roof Inn in Guilford: you have made me cautious about ever using a Red Roof Inn again!

RRI could not find my reservation on there system. Showed them my Hotels.com # and I was told the computer systems did not 'speak' to each other. I had to pay full price for a room and then 'deal with hotels.com'. Three days later they called me and said they 'found' the reservation and would refund my money on cc. I only stayed one night - it was clean and quiet with food right up the road. I have been using Hotels.com for YEARS and have never had this issue.

There were sketchy people hanging around in front of the motel and people with barking dogs. The room was dark, dingy and right under the stairs so that the whole room creaked and vibrated when anyone went up the stairs. I requested an upstairs room but they wouldn't give me one. It was so horrible that I couldn't stay there and I went to a different motel nearby

The room was spacious and clean however our room was not cleaned or beds made one of days we were there. The ice machine was broken. The property needs attention. There is a huge hole in the pavement in the parking lot. The outdoor umbrella was broken. With a little attention this property could be so pretty with its outdoor spaces

Red Roof Inn needs an upgraded. Everything about the place looks very old and dingy. From the entry way to your room, the bathroom, even the shower curtain smells loke mildew,the bedsprrad had stains,over-all not good!

The sheets and blankets were dirty. Place smelled bad. Needs paint and lots of TLC. I thought for sure I was gonna get bed bugs. I was lucky.

I loved the Red Roof until this past visit. The bathtub overflowed with brown liquid, then when I looked at my feet they were wet. I had been walking in this liquid, because it had sept through the bathroom. A man was dredging or whatever it’s called, and told me the clog had been fixed. It was so gross. When I told staff I expected a profuse apology, an offer of a credit, but instead she began with a “because…” They have been nice to me here but this room was awful. There was also a weird pink light in the lamp and bright colorful lights on the shower head, deep peeling paint in bathroom and rock hard mattress. I thank them for my previous room of one month, which was like staying at a different motel.

I can’t say enough about how nice the staff in here. From Anna the housekeeper to Carlos in maintenance to the clerks. They even accommodated me with a ridiculous amount of stuff held in their lobby for several hours. This motel, moreover, is blissfully peaceful. I fell in love with the sight of a cardinal outside my window. Can’t wait yo go back.

It was very clean. I was pleasantly surprised! Like a studio apartment with a king bed. I will definitely return in the future. The kitchen was spotless and functional, very nice. Warm and clean and relatively quiet (there was an upstairs unit). Can use updates in bed, furniture, but most importantly it was super clean and the linens and towels fresh and clean. Nice if you like your own space in a quiet country setting with food stores, gas, dining close by. Peaceful. I loved parking my car right outside my unit. Major plus.

Paid too much for what I had to deal with!
Front desk staff was friendly. The room on first appearance was nice. But the AC was located on the opposite side of the room far away from the bed which made the sleep very uncomfortable, the stiff bed did not help either. The walls and floor seemed very thin. I heard footsteps and what sounded like people moving furniture until 10:45 pm. If a late night wasn’t enough.. the first morning I was awoken by a lady who sounded like she was being murdered! The second morning, Monday, I was awoken by a construction crew working on a room right above me. They should have waited to work knowing we were right there. Plus when we came out, the guys had materials and tools surrounding the car. I had to step over several things to get to it, which is a serious safety hazard which I would’ve rather avoided. I normally enjoy Red Roof Inn’s , however, I won’t be back to this one! Worst experience.
