Hotel was in good location for the Shrimp Fest.

Pros: The closeness to all activities going on and places to eat. Large room. Parking in front of room door. good room for price we paid.
Cons: Remove the mildew smell and the dampness, do something to take the dampness out of the room. I sprayed air freshner and did no good. TO strong!.
Location: Great location. Good restaurants all around. Several things near for kids to do. We are senior citizens so did not look for that kind of fun.
Was close to everything. Room was large and clean but had a strong mildew smell. Room was danp all the time. The smell made me sick at night as that is the only time we were in the room. Our luggage smelled so bad it had to be taken outside to air, had my house smelling like the room. Kept all clothes zipped up in the suitcase to keep them dry. think this was from the air conditioner. Would stay here again. They just need to work on the dampness in the room and air conditioner.

Worst service I have ever had

The room smelled terrible and they gave us a new one that they gave away while I was getting stitches at the hospital! Horrible service!

Not close to the beach and rooms were dirty

This hotel falsify information they lied about being on the beach the rooms were dirty microwave did not work shower did not work the room smell like old Musk and mildew there are stains in the sheets and stains on the pillow cases there also was some cereal that someone had eaten and waste beside the bed it appeared to have been there for some period of time because all the serial had dried up when I complain to the manager about the situation he replied at the hotel was about to be renovated and they had no more rooms

Not good, mattresses worn out, soft. Carpet worn out, dirty. Furniture worn out.

Disappointed with accommodations!!

Pros: nothing
Cons: everything, one set of curtains did not even match color!
Carpet stained and dirty, mildew, mold and musty smell permeated the room , refrigerator froze all our food even after adjusting temperature, shortened stay due to a sinus infection developed from the conditions of the room. Lack of towels and washcloths. Unsuitable/unhealthy conditions!!!

Good location but not up to par

We stayed for one night. Our room was situated adjacent to the smoking area so our room did not smell too good. I also hated having to walk through the stench of smokers on the way into our room. When I went to take a shower, I found that the mechanism that changes from bath to shower was not working, so I had to take a bath. At checkout, I informed the lady behind the counter about the shower. She just said ,"Okay. So no, I will not be staying at this motel again.

Pros: The staff was nice, facility was poor internally.
Cons: The renovations are sorely needed to improve the overall rating.
Location: Close to everything, excellent.
We were informed that new owners would be initiating major room renovations in November. They are certainly needed. Rooms are old and very musty smelling, needed air wicks to alleviate the odor. Rooms were clean but crappy A/C unit would cool but not remove moisture so everything felt damp all the time. Staff was very nice and accommodating and I'm sure they can't wait for the renovations either. Bed was much too soft (being replaced) and caused severe back issues.

Cable guy came when I was gone and stole my phone charger. Staff was very unfriendly. Breakfast was a joke. No chairs to sit and eat . Only cereal and some mini muffin. Room smelled like mold.

Last min girls weekend

Room was OK and close to the beach. Lacked fridge, and microwave but otherwise a comfortable stay. Would stay again if we got a room with fridge and microwave.

Thank you for your feedback. Your room was booked as a standard king. We have three levels of rooms. Each level has more ammenities. Expedias websites doesnt state that if its asked for the cheapest price. Just a little info when booking with motels across the country online.

Only issue with the room was a broken curtain rod. Shower pressure low, but that seems to be the norm. Staff was excellent. Location was perfect. Easy access to everything. Would definitely stay here again
