The property features two outdoor pools, one of which is heated during the winter months. We enjoyed our stay but they were in the middle of renovations and it was difficult to replace with men pressure washing the front balconies and getting paint chips on my car and on the last day the elevator broke so we had to carry all our luggage down 8 flights of stairs. This time was a very different experience. My wife and I loved the room and the host company did a great job with communicating with us during our stay. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The mattresses were everyone’s only complaint as they are a bit beyond their useful life. You can get by if you bring your own pillows and blankets like we did. The heated pool is a great bonus at this facility but the kiddie pool is not heated so bring floaties for the big pool. The beach was perfect too since this area doesn’t have many mega buildings with high occupancy. We definitely plan to return! ##### Vanessa N. We loved the balcony, the pool, and the very short walk to the beach! The units balcony and pool were in shade in the late afternoon making it nice to escape the heat. It had all the things that you would need for a vacation. It is in a convenient location. Communication with the owners was great.
