Paid more for a one bedroom suite, got a two bedroom regular room instead. The elevator went out after our first night. Had to take the stairs for the rest of our stay there....we were on the second floor. It wasn't easy to haul all our luggage down two flights of stairs to leave. Upon checkout, I asked the front desk about a discount on our stay because of the elevator. He said since we booked with Expedia, they weren't allowed to make any changes.

While it is true our elevator broke down during your stay I am absolutely positive that we offered you the opportunity to move to a first-floor room either in building number two or building number one.in addition to this we told all guests that were inconvenienced by the elevator breakdown that we would carry luggage up and down stairs for them at all times. I even had an extra person on staff during this time to provide this service. I am sorry that you had this problem when you stayed at our hotel.as manager of the hotel I made it a point to contact every guest that was inconvenienced by the elevator being out of order. I am sorry that you had this inconvenience during your stay
