Very dirty

Very dirty carpet turned your feet black. Roach traps. And the housekeepers stole from me.

Having to stay overnight for business, I was surprised to have been assigned a handicapped accessible room. Perhaps it was because it was spring break. I would have appreciated a notice of that before arriving in my room. Other than that, it was alright.

This hotel was in a good location. Tax and everything included was $177.00. Very pricey for the room. It was very, very run down. Had a coffee make w/o the pot to make it in. Plugs didn't all work. Towels were hard and scratchy. Water pressure was awful. The list goes on and on.

I do apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. We are in the process of deep cleaning and we have addressed the issue of the towels with our chemical provider. I do hope you will considering staying and seeing the difference in the future.
