lots of space and nothing too much trouble for staff
Staff were very friendly snd helpful. Food was excellent.
Reception staff Nathan and Rosie are truly wonderful at their jobs and must be commended. De Vere hotels need more staff like them, so attentive, friendly, always smiling and can't do enough to help. The night staff, Matt, was extremely unfriendly, needs to smile and some civility wouldn't go amiss...terrible ...
A lovely house and home very difficult to find on a busy street with no sinage outside. Our reception was pleasant but perfunctory. Breakfast was disappointing.
Good breakfast. adequate room but enough for me - I didn't expect 4 star luxury. Friendly staff. Overall I enjoyed my stay
Convenient. Good location. Rooms are clean good car parking.
Good hotel location near the motorway añd in country side.
Pub stay with recently refurbished rooms, good location facing the train station, parking on adjoining car park £2.80 all day. Very nice breakfast included and all the usual restaurants 5 minute walk away.
