The picture advertised was not what was offered. The cleanliness was shocking, stains on duvets, towels, bed sheets and pillows - think bad and disgusting and you aren’t even close. Had 3 nights booked, left on day one. Poor health and safety with cables trailing across floors, screws in the carpet ...

Staff were brilliant, food at breakfast lovely - only let down was parking and directions to hotel from car park - I'm a Blue Badge Holder so needed closer proximity and ideally, no stairs but ended up having to go up 3-4 flights owing to poor signage/directions.
