Super easy ski in/ski out lodge. Great valet service for nightly storage of skis and poles. Lots of restaurant, bar, and store options ON site. Just a few minutes from downtown Crested Butte with even more restaurant and shopping options! Will definitely come back!!

The location and the unit itself was first in everyway. My only criticism or suggestion involves the hot tub and pool. For such an outstanding, the hot tub leaves much to be desired. The jets did not function and the space was terribly limited. Otherwise, the property is fantastic.

Everything about this property was a 10. However, I had an issue with 'A Bar Above" located beneath my unit. They felt a need to broadcast their music through an outdoor speaker, booming their noise into the square as a form of advertisement that something lively was going on inside. I did not appreciate their free music. I have my own music that I can turn on and off. If I stay at this place again I will request a street side unit.

You won’t be disappointed
We had a wonderful vacation at crested butte and it all started with where we stayed. Great location, rooms were spacious, clean and great for our family. We will definitely be coming back!

Great property. Room was immaculate and staff was very friendly and helpful. We were there during off season so most things were closed in the resort area but we were there for rest and relaxation so that was okay. Would recommend or any time of the year as it was located at the base of the ski lifts.

I asked for an early check-in; they took my name and phone number and gave me a call as soon it was ready. I really appreciated that because I had to log into a meeting just after I checked into my room.

Spacious room. Bathroom had sufficient counter space for makeup and the included lighted magnifying mirror was a big plus. Plenty of towels - I often don't get enough wash cloths but not an issue here. The bath products were nice and didn't contain unpleasant ingredients like mineral oil. My only complaint is that a smoke alarm in a neighboring room startled us awake at 3:30 am our first night. The front desk people were friendly and welcoming. We'd stay here again.

The service in the checkin process was the best I’ve ever experienced. It’s a busy place and I was met at the front portico by an attendant who verified I was on the checkin list and who personally helped me get into the parking garage and then to the checkin counter. Then, the person at the front desk was very personable and got me checked in with no issues or delays even though I was checking in early. Finally, the room was perfect.

Property maintenance needs attention. My room was located at the end of the hallway adjacent to an in operable elevator. Additionally, the room for the ice machines and vending machines were empty on the same floor. Lastly, there is no microwave. For an individual recovering from a knee surgery, these inconveniences seriously impaired abilities to enjoy the property. Very disappointing. These are all readily addressed and yet were not. My memories will be of these inconveniences and additional pain to my recovery.
