Not fancy but nice

Pros: Quiet and clean
Cons: Rooms were a bit dark--esp. the bedroom and you walked through the bedroom to get to the rest of the condo:)
Location: Close to town and ski area shops, restaurants and other facilities.
Shuttle that ran every 15 minutes to the base of the mountain was very user friendly.

Dated but Comfortable

Pros: The bed and the location.
This condo was perfect for our weekend. It was very dated, but I've been staying in Colorado ski condos since the 70s, so I thought it was just fine! The bed and pillows were very comfortable - and that is the most important thing I was doing in the condo.

Location: Primo area of Colo., perfect weather and time of year for blooms.
We stayed in 206B on the west side of the building. The most unpleasant item was the lack of proper ventilation in the bedroom. The fan system in the ceiling and the floor fans should have been running prior to our arrival. Ironically the entry door was so unsealed that some air flowed through the door but it sucked in the vapors from the pool and sauna, which were treated with way too much chlorine. The room was basically clean but could have been better. For example the corners of rooms, the closets, and floor between the fridge and walls was dirty. The wall above kitchen sink was smudged with soap and dirt. Also, no hooks in the bathrm. to hang clothes.

OK for an overnight

Pros: More room than we needed, which made it nicer to stretch out.
Cons: No air conditioning.
Location: Right where we needed to be.
It's not exactly a hotel, more like a dorm building but with decent sized rooms, full kitchens and bathrooms. The indoor pool is right in the middle of everything under one roof, so it's rather humid. Thus the room needed air conditioning but didn't, so it was rather warm at night even with the slider open. Didn't have many amenities one would associate with a finer hotel despite the price. But overall, OK for an overnight stay while passing through. AC might make it worth the price.

Loved our stay!

Pros: Fit our needs, clean, comfortable
Cons: Nothing I could think of
Location: Just right
We enjoyed our stay at Three Seasons. Clean & comfy. We saw a bear lumbering thru the parking lot late one evening. That might scare some; but we loved it. Couldn't get my camera out on time to take a pic....so I'm disappointed in myself. But overall, this hotel was perfect for us and our needs. I LOVE clean; and it was.

Hot & Stuffy Rooms

Before our trip I read a review that the rooms were hot, I thought it couldn't be that bad, but I was wrong. Our room was uncomfortably hot and stuffy - enough so that we couldn't sleep our enjoy spending time in the room.

The location was good for skiers and hikers. Nice to have a washer and dryer and well furnished kitchen. Good space for the price but not anything special.

Sometimes discount accomodations are not worth the savings

This hotel/condo seemed like it had seen better days. The carpet was stained and shabby, the hot tub should have been called a luke warm tub, the sauna didn't work the entire time we were there, and they didn't even have an elevator to get us up to the third floor. I'm sure we could have found a nicer place to stay for the same amount, and if not, it would have been worth a few bucks more to stay somewhere else.

Odd layout, although do understand it is to have views in living area. Entry off interior hallway through bedroom, but bedroom has no ventillation and very very warm and stuffy even with ceiling fan. Needs effective air conditioning.
