“The apartment itself was perfectly clean on arrival, but the sofa and other upholstered chairs were incredibly stained and unsightly. After several days passed without the room being cleaned—despite putting the sign on the door—we had to go and speak to someone. On our last evening, when we returned after a long day out, we found that they had simply removed the bedding from the extra bed. Very sparse with kitchen utensils and cups/glasses About 80% of the sun loungers around the pool were……

“This was a gorgeous place to stay! It was spacious, clean & had amazing views from the windows. We came here for my brothers birthday and the whole family were blown away by the apartment & the area. We couldn’t recommend this place enough! It was a little bit confusing to find but after asking people for some help in the shops close by we were at the reception in no time :) The lady that checked us in was extremely friendly and welcoming she sent us some of her recommendations & activities……

“Never responded to a shuttle request. So I had to rent a car. An added expense. They need someone to responded to multiple requests and messages to the client or Expedia. Breakfast was terrible. Left and not coming back! Stay away , stay Tivat , better hotels.”

“Getting to the hotel by car is very difficult, very dangerous roads !!!”

“Right in the heart of the old city of Kotor. If you have mobility issues, try somewhere else… a very steep narrow staircase up to the room. Staff were running a restaurant right below, and it seemed like the hotel was a second thought. It was not bad… clean enough, and comfortable. If you are a light sleeper, this might not be your place. At about 11pm, the bar next door starts popping off, and the base is pretty loud… I could hear entire conversations from people right below my bathroom……

“Room wasn’t ready - it took three hours to take a shower. Mold in shower. Towel racks missing. Fixture to hol shower head missing. Heard scurrying sounds o I’ve the ceiling ”

“A equipe do hostel é muito prestativa. O único inconveniente foi não poder deixar a minha mochila guardada no hostel antes de fazer o check in. Perdi horas sem saber o que fazer e pra onde ir com a minha mala. Eles deveriam ter um depósito. Sim, fala-se na descrição que a recepção não é 24 horas mas não tem avisos claros sobre a bagagem. Entrei em contato com a propriedade e disseram que não poderiam me receber antes nem para deixar a mochila mesmo eu não fazendo o check in.”

“Don't stay at that property. This is a tourism scam. The owner is a scammer and does not list their contact information during the booking process so you are unable to ask questions until it is too late, and you are physically at the door of the property and then he refuses to work with the guests. Upon arrival, there were no clear signs directing guests to check-in. The property is not clean and filthy with damp/musty smell. Stay away from this property.”

Everyone who works there is personable, professional, and makes you feel like a VIP guest.
