Hotel needs an upgrade. Room was not what we expected and upon arrival we knew it wasn't what we expected.

Everything about the hotel was great. Except for soon reason our room was too cold. Also during our last night there, someone was knocking on something like a pipe. Could hear it through the bathroom fan and out to the room. It was very late too like maybe around 10:30 and the noise wouldn't stop. The noise was reported and the lady at the front desk was nice enough to just move us to a different room. I that other room the bed was really nice! Slept very well. Also the room was nice and warm. In the morning when I came back to our original room it was cold.

We did replace the heater in the room, as for the banging sound, that unfortunately happens when we have strong winds. I'm glad to hear the rest of your stay was pleasant.

Pros: Clean, accommodating
When wanted to change rooms at check in found way to make it work for our family. Was a nice breakfast buffet to provide the family good family time.

Working Nearby One Nite Stay

Check-in was quick, staff very friendly. Room is spacious and updated and clean. Shower valve could use replacing in room #328 but worked. At first kept drifting to hot while trying to shower.

My family has been good so far but I would never booked through the booking agent again because it said one price on the website they charge me one price one day and the higher price the next day and it didn't state that on the website so I would never book through them again but overall the hotel is nice

Very nice hotel. Close to everything. Clean. Quiet great service. We enjoy the pool. And breakfast was good.

Problem...room over pool. Inconsiderate people.

They would not stop when staff asked, twice. Only stopped midnite when closed pool.
