Not at all what we expected

Very disappointed. Outdated! Nothing in rooms except clean towels. You have to ask for dishes, coffee pots etc. We were there 3 days and never saw a housekeeper until day 3. The ONLY good things about this hotel is front desk clerks. Excellent job ladies under the circumstances.

Our hotel is designed for guests staying a week or more at a time, who prefer a home-like living experience and they bring their own personal items. So we certainly understand why you may have found our amenities a bit different than traditional hotels. But, we are happy to provided kitchenware and other in-room amenities. All these items are available at front desk. If we did not communicate this at the time of check-in, we are sorry. We hope you will give us another chance to serve you better. Drug hang out

We stayed in room 204 and called for assistance at 12:10ish AM. NO call back was made back to us as promised from your corporate answering service. Your front desk finally answered over an hour later, and said there wasn't anything she could do at that hour and had no note of our previous call. She advised a manager would be in at 7am. One of your guests smoked the whole floor out with marijuana. Smelled so strong it was as if someone had actually been in and smoked it in our room just prior to our arrival. Our 14 and 12 year olds were coughing and gagging it was so bad. My husband and I couldn't sleep. When we checked out this morning and spoke with your assistant manager about our night stay, she advised she'd email us a free night stay. Nothing received at all.

Good hotel close to restaurants and amenities

This has been a good hotel close to restaurants and other needed places. The bed is comfortable and the rooms spacious.

If i every stay here again i will have to remember to ask for a room on the opposite side of the expressway.

Noisy. Unwelcoming room. Uncomfortable bed. Noisy air conditioning system. No coffee facilities in room. Poor breakfast.
