Could have been much better

Pros: Pretty standard stuff, nothing out of the ordinary
Cons: The response of their room service and reception staff. Kept me waiting for a bottle water for half an hour despite repeated calls
For a hotel which claims itself to be a 4-star, it certainly didnt feel like one. There was clearly a lack of attention to detail, such as keeping just one glass for a double room when the standard practice is to keep atleast 2 glasses. What was more frustrating was that they took half an hour to get me another one and a bottle of water, and that too after repeated calls to the room service and reception team. One would certainly like a better response time from hotel staff than this. Other than this, the hotel is pretty standard and nothing really which makes it stand out or makes one return to it

Nice hotel but average location.

It's a good hotel for the price you pay in Gurgaon. When I arrived the lid of my toilet was down and to my horror it wasn't flushed. Hotel managmner may need to look into this. Someone had left it like that. For this reason I am giving it 3 star. Additionally, the surrounding area in the front is underdeveloped and like a Gurgoan village. Hotel staff are quite friendly and helpful. Food is great. Overall nice sized rooms which is clean and comfortable.

I had booked two nights from 14th but my flights from Bangalore got cancelled due to Airshow and I was informed only previous day. I promptly requested the Hotel to cancel the rooms. Pradeep, who answered refused saying that these are heavy demand / occupancy times and can not be cancelled ( don't laugh ). After much pursuation and advice as to how easily he can allot the room to others in waiting he insisted on charging for one night. Even a month before there were only four rooms available when I booked and I can not understand why they should charge when I am forced to cancel due to Airlines cancelling the flight. Simply put they are GREEDYvand NOT customer friendly, Petiod!

Fairly basic hotel

Hotel was ok not really worth the money. The exchange rate was greedy within the hotel the same as the charge for taxis. The hotel was ok and the staff were ok but I have stayed in better. The most disappointing bit was that the pool was dirty and unused and looked nothing like the pictures and the gym was barely a gym.
