늦은 시간에 체크인을 했음에도 불구하고 아기 침대, 가습기 등 요청사항을 모두 처리해주었습니다. 주변 환경은 출장으로는 좋지만 여행 상 방문하기에는 차량 이용이 필요합니다. 주말에는 결혼식으로 인해 주차장 진출입이 어려우니 주말 점심시간 전후로 숙소를 드나들 일이 있다면 피하는 것이 좋겠습니다.

Great stay - highly recommend.
My family of 5 stayed here for two night in May 2022. What a nice hotel! The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to take of us in any way we needed. The location is convenient and walking distance to subway station and taxis and buses are plentiful. The room was clean and modern and comfortable. The pool was also a nice touch and my kids had lots of fun there. If we are ever in Gwangju again, this will be our first choice for hotel - recommend you consider it too!

Comfortable and clean
Check in was fast and friendly. No wait for elevators. Room was good size. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good, adequate towels, good array of toiletries. We were on a high floor so had no issues with noise. Good value hotel.

deal hotel for business trip
Good hotel for business trip, a bit out of the way but you can walk into town. The receptionist was very polite and professional, a good selection at breakfast.

The WORST experience on my 1st anniversary
I booked a superior room with the 'KING SIZE BED' and made a note that it is our 1st anniversary. They sent me the confirmation email clearly noting that they checked my note as well. When we arrived there, the staff told me that they can only give me a twin bed room as I did not choose the room. I told him I DID CHOOSE the room when I chose the price and room condition, but he kept saying that it was just a preference and I did not choose the room without any apology. I've been using Hotels.com for 8 years now and this has NEVER happened before. I've always chosen the room when I saw the price option and booked the room. And that's how the choice of the room and bed is made. He said 'I can give you the twin bed room on the high floor as requested (1st anniversary)'. Okay, it was a very good service to check my 1st anniversary note and didn't even check you have enough a king size bed room. His attitude was really rude just like he doesn't care what is happening as Hotels.com showed 'it is just preference'. IT WASN'T A PREFERENCE. IT WAS A ROOM REQUEST. I will never ever use this hotel and will prevent anyone from staying here. I found some rubbish in the room as well. The worst hotel ever. I cannot believe it is 4 star hotel. It doesn't deserve it at all.
