Xmas breakPosted Jan 3, 2018
Had room only thank God. Meet some nice people. Some of the hotel staff were friendly. Overall, I made the best out of it. I can say that it was not the worst!! The hotel rating is definitely not a 4*

Cons: Upgrade standard rooms
Location: Excellent location good links up and down the coast and 5 minute ferry crossing to town centre.e
Had to upgrade to a superior room as not happy with standard. Was very happy with supernatural room.

Very disappointed.Posted Oct 26, 2017
Pros: The view, whhich we paid a premium for!
Cons: Everything in thix outdated run down hotel.
Location: Fab location. Shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, ice creams. Ferry to Valetta a short stroll away. Bus stop outside hotel, buses can take you wherever.
Photos online do not reflect the reality. Old rooms, old furniture, leaking shower, cracked glass on balcony, cracked tiles. Such potential if the owners put back some money into maintaining the property.

Air condition not working and not clean. Blow out black stuff from a/c. Cannot adjust temperature. Shower cubical edges have black stuff (fungal) and water leaked outside cubical.

4 str hotel should not look like this! It's a disgrace and a rip off for what it is.

Awful room, was moved 3 times to finally get the room I initially requested when booking. No hairdyer. Aircon blew out hot air. This was not a 4*- more like a hostel

Very Basic HotelPosted Aug 26, 2017 on Ebookers
Pros: A balcony overlooking the harbour.
Cons: Complete renovation and modernisation.
This hotel is okay for a short stay but is very basic for the price. The room I had was small with basic furniture and a bathroom that really needed a full renovation. I had to do some work whilst staying at the hotel and, although there was a small desk in the room, there was only a small stool to sit on which proved to be somewhat uncomfortable. On a positive, the room had a balcony with a lovely view of the harbour. Food in the dining room was good with no complaints other than the rather dated furniture and decor.
Hotel not up to standard as promised.Posted Aug 18, 2017 on Hotels
Maria on reception brilliant. The gentleman helpful and understanding. Others ok but only interested in charging more money for same facilities when having to book additional days stay even though promised same rate. This hotel is definitely not the standard rating given. Also new hotel being built next door. Noise horrendous from 6am on all day. Give it a miss if you can.
Expensive for what you getPosted Aug 5, 2017 on Hotels
It's definitely not a 4 star hotel. There was a lot of noise from construction works. Some of the staff was not really friendly. Room was OK but the fridge and air conditioning was not working well. However, it was clean and tidy.

good location at SliemaPosted Jul 24, 2017
Pros: the location
Cons: some of the equipment was a bit dated
Stayed for a few nights, the hotel is basic, nor bad neither great. A bit overpriced, but this might be probably to the high season/demand.
