It was an ok place to stay for a night. The amenities were ok but needs updating especially the bed. The shared bathroom was fine but the door needs replacing asap as there’s no handle on the inside and you have to pull the door by the side to be able to get out. The staff was excellent and friendly and can’t fault them at all!

Location is perfect for the whole of Leeds, It is directly opposite the Bus station, 10 minutes from the train station and close enough for anyone to walk into the City itself.

The room was surface clean but off putting to see the grime around the bed legs. Obviously hoovered but months where it didn't get near enough that you could see it when sitting in the chair. Breakfast delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Possibly the hardest bed I ever slept in. Or didn't sleep in more to the point. So hard it hurt my hips.
