“Staff asked us to pay $170 MAD city tax when we checked out in hurry. We subsequently realised we had already paid that at the time of booking. In short, staff asked us to double pay what we have already paid. That’s not right. :(”

“We booked a week in this riad as it is in a strategic location for exploring the Kasbah and for pleasant walk by the seaside and the main town attractions. The location is within the medina and the place is quiet and cosy. The front of house team was helpful and courteous: Moustafa, George, Rashid, Sharon all helped in different ways making us feeling welcomed and arranging private taxi and dinners in flexible way as we asked. They were brilliant! ”

“Its a warm hotel in the old medina. Although its a bit difficult to find, the staff had sent email with map to guide you (though I ignored it accidentally). The host is really helpful and nice so as the ladies in the hotel helping out cleaning and preparing breakfast. Places are very clean and cozy. Definitely my choice for next time:)”

“We appreciate big helps from the owner of this riad. One of us got sick and had a fever. The owner gave us a favor to purchase medicines and provided a lot of heated water and teas to us. This riad was decorated with classical Islamic sculptures and furnitures. Each bed was equipped with electric heating blanket which made our sleeping very comfortable. Don't miss rooftop terrace with stunning sunset and medina view.”
