Desk attendant (check-in) was lacking in qualities you would expect someone to have who deals with the public. We had to wait at the desk, she was in the back, several minutes before we could check in. We had issues with the TV and asked her for help. She said the connection on the back of the TV often comes loose during cleaning. The connection is threaded so I hardly believe that was going to be the problem. She promised to check the TV but never showed up. The Olympics were on and we looked forward to watching them. Two other times I stopped at the desk to ask for help. Both times she was outside smoking. Everything else about the stay was fine. I just felt we were getting the run around about the TV.
