Convenient but no elevator

No elevator, so lugging my suitcase to the second floor wasn't the best. They somehow deactivated my room keys on the second day of my thre night stay. The breakfast was pretty good with a couple of Belgian waffle stations, various pastries, fruit, cereal, hard boiled eggs, and eggs with sausage. The carpet in the halls and stairways is pretty bad, but the rooms seemed fairly clean and the beds were comfortable with two choices of pillows (firm and soft). It made a good place to crash and visit nearby downtown Hagerstown, and there are lots of things like groceries, restaurants, etc nearby. Easy to find five minutes from the history. Downtown.
