Great location, beautiful view

Posted Apr 13, 2015
Enjoyed our 3 night stay. Great location to tour Haifa and Bahai Gardens. Only a ten minute taxi ride to the train station and to an awesome/clean/fun beach area. Used Haifa as our base to travel on the train for a day trip to Tel Aviv. Easy access to the train -- which was an easy way to reach Tel Aviv (as opposed to booking a single night there). The hotel itself is a bit dated, but still very nice and clean. The one minor thing that bothered me is that the bathroom did not have an electrical outlet for blowdryng, etc. Also, the shower had a weird system for turning it on/off, and the shower door did little to stop the shower from spraying our bathroom each time it was turned on. These are minor issues, which if addressed, could really help improve the quality of guests' stays. We had an amazing view of the harbor from our room and really enjoyed the welcome platter of fruit and wine provided to us as e-Dan club members (tip: sign up / it's free!). Thanks!

Feel it was over priced for what you get.

Amazing view of the city

Pros: The staff
Cons: The entrance needs to be renovated: leaky stairs.
Just loved the stay: breakfast is a bit lousy. The entrance to the hotel may be misleading.

Great view!

We just had a one-night stay but were quite pleased. Situated on the hillside above Haifa, the hotel has a great view. The room was comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was not an elaborate spread but certainly adequate. The hotel is a short walk from the top of the hillside gardens associated with the Bahai Temple, and there are also several nice places for dinner nearby.

Very nice location

It was only 1 night , that's why I was not so picky. Nice staff. Not many parking spots to park our car. Small beds, little be run down rooms. Close to Bahai gardens and nice restaurants.

Very unsatisfactory hotel

Posted Apr 9, 2013 on Hotels
I booked one night for my daughter, her husband and baby. The hotel had lots of steps and no ramp so they had to climb carrying a pram and luggage. The breakfast was less than good. The room was very small for a double room and the sheets had stains
