Quite remote, in the middle of an industrial zone. But service made up for that by finding us a great local restaurant option, taxi facilities, and everything we needed for the night;

I stay here at least once a month. reception always remember my name. The only problem is the restaurant is not always open but the bar is. Food can be ordered in needed.

Nice quiet business hotel
Nice simple hotel with clean rooms. The free breakfast buffet was much better than the dinner buffet. No other restaurants within walking distance, but I liked that it was not on the main road so was quiet.

Good hotel for an en route stay.
Very handy for motorway but not anything else. The staff were extremely pleasant but sometimes could not cope with the volume of people so service dropped off.

Nice stopover hotel
Stayed for 1 night on the way from Ypres to Waterloo. Checked in about 9.30pm and as the hotel was full we were luckily upgraded to a suite. There were no staff at the bar or reception a little later, so had a can of beer from the vending machine for 2 euros which was the same price as a soft drink. Had the breakfast which had a reasonable selection.

Be careful with your Check-in process!!!
My two weeks stays was the same problem when arrived for check-in. The girl in front desk give me the standard room, instead my Junior Suit (First Week) and Executive room (Second week). I just have to return to the front dest to claim for my booked rooms. The second week she told me that they don't have any more rooms with air conditioning and the when I reclamate my room she just give me one with air conditioner. What is the necessity of not be honest with the customers! The two times the girl said her college was new and she forgot to read the details of the room. Two different bookings two different weeks and the same excuse. I know she was laying! Just be careful in the check-in process in this hotel and request the room booked!

Hôtel très bien, pdj à revoir.
Hôtel très bien placé à la sortie de l’autoroute et à 15mn de Pairi Daiza, calme, propre et personnel très agréable. Seul bémol le petit déjeuner à 17€50, je n’ai jamais payé aussi cher pour cette catégorie d’hôtel. Un buffet très basique, des produits d’une qualité moyenne, pas de fruits, peu de choix de pains et confiture et une seule et malheureuse jeune femme (malgré tout très efficace et très pro) pour s’occuper de la centaine de clients ce WE là. A ce tarif la direction pourrait au moins employer une 2eme personne.

Bien ,a part qu il faisait tres chaud dans la chambre. Les enfants n ont pas bien dormi malgré la climatisation en marche...et le petit frigidaire ne se refroidissait pas... Voila . Le menu du restaurant trop chèr.
