zentral zur innenstadt gelegenes hotel

Pros: zentrale lage.
Cons: frühstücksbuffet ist sehr "übersichtlich".
Location: durch die zentrale lage ist die innenstadt von charleroi gut zu fuß zu erreichen.
hotel war als zwischenstation zum eingentlichen urlaubsziel sehr gut geeignet.

Dated but clean hotel with very basic facilities

The hotel is a walking distance from Charleroi-Sud therefore an excellent location if visiting by train.My room are very clean but the facilities were below average, the fridge was not plugged in, the room was not air conditioned so one had to make do with a fan, no toiletries supplied except loo roll and a fixed soap dispenser. The Breakfast experience was awful, unwelcoming eating area and a very limited menu, I ended settling for just a croissant and some fruit juice. The staff were very pleasant but I cannot recommend the hotel as the decor dated and facilities are basic and close to hostel standard.

Hotel not too bad

Cons: For restaurant: Realise the customer is paying and deserves reasonable service.
Hotel was good. Hotel Reception excellent. Food in Restaurant was good. Restaurant Manager (assumed) was good. Temporary Restaurant Manager (assumed; on manager evening off) was not interested in the patrons only his friends.

Gutes Hotel

Das Hotel wirkt unauffallend, bietet aber alles, was ich in und von einem Hotel erwarte. Das Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sauber, das Bett bequem, und das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei. Das Check-in war schnell. Es war auch nicht schwierig, einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden. Empfehlenswert.

Solo overnight trip

The hotel is in a perfect central location max. 10 min. walk to the main train and bus station that connects to Charleroi airport etc. The hotel is 2 mins. walk from the main shopping area where there are places to eat. On Sunday morning you are a 5-7 min. walk from the bustling markets which are well worth a visit. The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful and don't make any fuss. The room, for the price (€50) is very good. No complaints at all. Only real improvement would be a slightly bigger TV with better reception (many of the stations were of poor picture quality). I have stayed at this hotel before and will definitely come back for my next visit.

Udemærket hotel, centralt

Centralt i forhold til metro, station og centrum. Lidt for bløde senge. Meget larm fra gaden. Wifi stabilt.
