Comfortable room, excellent WiFi, helpful staff ..

Room was comfortable, WiFi was excellent, staff helpful. Only complaint was the breakfast - bacon, but no eggs! Also, no English language channels on the TV.

Cheap price in a sketchy neighborhood.

The hotel is under renovation. Photos online are not representative of the hotel, nor the rooms. A/C, though present in the room, never cooled the room down. The Sauna does not work. Toilet not fastened properly to the floor in the room. Inflated price for online listings, as the everyday walk-in price for a room is €55.

Town under reconstruction

The hotel was lovely but Charleroi was under major reconstruction which made it hard to appreciate the town. It would be nice to revisit after all the work is complete.

This is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are modern and clean at a very reasonable price. Very comfortable bed. The neighborhood isn't the best, but it's a good distance from the airport and worked nicely for the night before an early flight.

Weekend Trip

The hotel is located 10 min. walk from the main shopping street. Nice restaurant 5 min. walk from the hotel. Staff, room, cleanliness, facilities all good. No complaints considering the very good, low rate.

Not up to usual Leonardo standards

Very slow check-in. Restaurant now closed. Nowhere to eat with children in the vicinity. Flushing mechanism fell off wall.
