Hôtel vétuste. Pas à la hauteur de leur 3 étoiles

Hotel bon à rénover. Tâche sur la moquette, Le fond de la baignoire peind au rouleau, chasse d'eau défectueuse. Très mauvaise insonorisation. Point positif : personnel très sympatique

Town under reconstruction

The hotel was lovely but Charleroi was under major reconstruction which made it hard to appreciate the town. It would be nice to revisit after all the work is complete.

Nice, quiet hotel

We just needed a place to sleep. The room was clean, well equiped and the bathroom wasn't dirty. There were no loud noises, accept when some guests were entering the hallway to go to sleep (some people don't seem to care if they are loud). Friendly and helpfull staff at the check-in. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel was moeilijk te bereiken door werken

Prijs kwaliteit best te doen uitgezonderd de kamer de vloer was helemaal niet zuiver het hotel is dringend aan vernieuwing toe

Ankommer sen aften. Fin parkeringsplads. Venligt personale. Slidt hotel, men rent. Motionscentret: I kælderen i et rum, der før har været en gang. Lyset virker ikke i rummet. De få "hjemme"-maskiner virker ikke (kabler knækkede). Det er ganske enkelt uanvendeligt.
